Can I return my order after receiving it?Updated 6 days ago

We totally understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

Because of health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened packs - we hope you understand.

However, if your packs are still fully sealed, you're welcome to return them. Just cover the return shipping, and we’ll issue a refund as soon as you send us:

• A photo of the sealed packs
• A picture of your shipping label or receipt

No need to wait for them to arrive - we’ll process the refund right away once we have those two things.

💡 If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or not quite right, you don’t need to send anything back. Just contact us and we’ll fix it for you.
