How can I edit or cancel my subscription?Updated 7 days ago

We get it, sometimes it’s time for a break, or maybe you just want to shake things up.

If you’d like to adjust your delivery frequency, swap flavors, or even grab a last-minute discount before canceling, just shoot us a message. We’re always happy to tweak things to fit you better.

But if you’d rather handle it yourself, here’s how:

🚪 Access your subscription portal:

  1. Log in to your Pick’em account (You’ll get a 6-digit code by email for secure login.)
  2. At the top menu, click “Subscriptions”.

✏️ Edit your subscription:

Inside the portal, you can:

  • View and edit upcoming orders — reschedule, skip, or send now.
  • Swap products or change flavors.
  • Update your shipping address.
  • Adjust frequency and quantity.
  • View full order details anytime.

❌ Want to cancel?

  1. Go to Manage Subscriptions
  2. Click the subscription you want to cancel
  3. Scroll down past “Swap this for a different product” - you’ll see the Cancel button at the bottom.
