Can I cancel my order?Updated 7 days ago
If your order hasn’t been processed and fulfilled yet, you can cancel it directly by:
1. Log in to your Pick’em Store Account
2. Click on “Orders” in the top menu
3. Select the order you want to cancel
4. If the order is still eligible, a “Cancel” button will appear in the top-right corner
If you run into any issues, feel free to contact us at [email protected] and request a cancellation, If it’s already out the door, we won’t be able to stop it, but don’t worry, we’ll still help you figure out the best solution. Just reach out, we’re here to help 🫶
⚠️ Heads-up
Sending a request does not automatically cancel your order.
Once we receive your message, we’ll check if the order has already been packed or shipped:
- If it’s still in time, we’ll ask you to confirm the cancellation.
- Once you confirm, and if the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll proceed to cancel it and notify you. That’s when the cancellation becomes official.
We do this to avoid any mix-ups, and to make sure your toothpicks don’t go missing in action if you change your mind.
