Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We process orders fast - sometimes too fast to make edits. If your order is already on its way, your best bet is to contact the courier directly to request a redirection. Still unsure? Hit us up - we’re happy to check what we can do.

Why isn’t my tracking number working yet?

Once your order is packed and labeled, it gets a tracking number - but it might take a few hours to activate in the system. If it’s still inactive after 48 hours, reach out and we’ll look into it.

My order’s late or hasn’t arrived - what now?

Why can’t I order from the U.S. anymore?
